Virtual Executive
Pastor?
In large (500+) to mega-churches (2000+ members), the Executive Pastor (XP) is responsible for the execution of the vision of the Senior Pastor.
Most American churches (small to mid-sized) do not have the financial resources to have an XP on staff. At Day3 Consulting, the virtual XP provides expertise on an outsourced, part-time or project basis.
