Our Secular society is creating many new challenges for
the church and leadership.
Let our team of experienced leaders
help you in this task.
A primary goal at Day3 Consulting is to help struggling small-to-midsized local churches by developing the next generation of church leaders. Today, Barna Research tells us that the church is no longer influencing the culture, it’s the other way around. Until you understand the changes in generational world-views of today's society, you will be pushing a rope or charting the same course going nowhere.
Many churches lack vision and leadership during these unprecedented times. Sadly, they are fighting a battle with old strategies and the wrong staff. Day3 Consulting can help you simplify your priorities and focus on a strategy that is unique to your local community.

Zach Miller is the founder and lead strategist of Day3, a consulting group with a mission to help make church simple and relevant in today’s culture. A graduate of the University of Florida, Zach is an entrepreneur at heart—a visionary who likes to solve problems and grow organizations. He worked 12 years in the medical field before becoming a successful small business owner.
In 2002, Zach answered the call to full-time ministry while earning a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Across the next twenty years, he directed a significant outreach media ministry (Atlanta, GA), served as Business Administrator at a 500-member church (Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida), and as the Executive Pastor, guided an 1100-member church (Annapolis, Maryland) while launching Day3. In July of 2021, he was named Executive Officer of The Service Foundation—a nonprofit organization—which partners with Young Life College at the United States Naval Academy.
Zach lives in the Annapolis area with his wife Kim. They have been married 26 years, have one son, a married daughter, and one grandchild.
